We placed the order online and the next day you called to set up delivery. I missed your call so had to call back, I can’t tell you how pleased and surprised I was to have a person answer the call instead of having to go through menu after menu. In addition, it was wonderful to have the person who answered the phone know what he was talking about and be able to schedule the delivery with my schedule in mind. He gave me a one-hour delivery window, which was so helpful to have instead of the usual 3-4 hour delivery window you get from so many other places.
The two delivery men were courteous and very careful moving the new mattress and base in and the old ones out of our house.
